Joakim Tenlen

Technical Sales for AIOps, IBM

Joakim Tenlen has more than 19 years’ experience in the operations management space. In his current role as an Offering Manager at IBM, Joakim is responsible for Netcool Operations Insight. Formerly, as a strategic Product Manager for Tivoli’s Service Assurance portfolio, Joakim worked closely with the Network and Service Assurance team to set the direction for the overall portfolio. Earlier, at Ericsson, he was responsible for building and managing a technical sales team focused on performance management, business intelligence, mediation and rating.

Joakim has a BS in electrical engineering from Skovde University in Skövde, Sweden.

Niklas Håkansson

Chief Architect and Business Developer, Compose IT

Niklas Håkansson är chefsarkitekt och affärsutvecklare på Compose IT (sedan 2017) och ansvarig för företagets verksamhet och kontor i Gävle. Född 1973. Verksam inom IT sedan 1997.  Specialiserad inom IT Operation inkluderande IT Service Management, ITIL samt Network, Security Operation och Service Assurance.

Niklas Håkansson har närmare 25 års erfarenhet inom IT-drift. Innan han rekryterades till Compose IT (2017) hade han roller som Lead Service Architect (LSA) och Chef för IT R&D på Sandvik IT Global Shared Services och dessförinnan som Solution Architect och Product Specialist med ansvar för säkerhet (Security) och monitorering (Monitoring) på Cygate, ett bolag inom Telia-koncernen.

Niklas kunskap och engagemang präglar ofta strategiska vägval och tekniska beslut för de lösningar som tas fram för företagets kunder. Det bygger på hans långa karriär som arkitekt inom IT, med erfarenhet från domäner som Service Operation och Service Delivery till enheter som infrastruktur, datacenter och integration.

Att få bidra till att företags IT Operations blir ett så bra stöd i verksamheten som det faktiskt kan bli, är det som driver Niklas idag. Han arbetar med ständiga förbättringar och att förfina de positiva effekterna av stödsystem, processer och arbetssätt som kan optimera IT och dess tillämpningar inom kundens verksamhet.

Niklas är en anlitad talare och presentatör i olika användarforum för Compose IT:s kunder. Niklas har även hållit flera insiktsfulla föredrag om bland annat Machine Learning, och är författare till ett flertal tekniska artiklar/white papers.

Tech Journalist, Moderator

Tech Journalist Magnus Aschan serves as editor-in-chief at the Warp Institute’s Warp News. He was formerly at IDG, first at the legendary Mikrodatorn magazine and later as editor-in-chief for TechWorld.

In 2015 he founded Teknikministeriet, which helps companies to reach out with technical messaging, and to increase understanding of tech in society at large.

Magnus also has solid experience outside the media sector, having worked both as a developer and as Head of IT.
